The following terms and conditions along with any other policies or guidelines posted on this site shall govern your use of this site. If you visit our site or make a purchase, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read through them before making a purchase. Purchasing tickets from a ticket broker is different than buying directly from the box office. Our prices include Applause's service and handling fees.
1. Purchasing
We provide you with the service of often choosing exact seat locations that are purchased long in advance of your chosen performance. Because you are buying from an independent ticket broker, the price is based on the box office price and our reasonable service charge. As such, the price you pay is typically somewhat higher than the price printed on the tickets.
2. Returns
There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us. This is necessary because we have purchased tickets on your behalf and we are unable return them. Please order tickets only after you are certain you want them. If you would like to sell the tickets that you purchased from us you can contact our consignment department. Every effort will be made to resell your tickets. If you originally purchased those tickets from us and we are able to sell your tickets, our consignment fees for selling your tickets will be waived and you will receive a refund at the box office price printed on the ticket, less our service fees. Since consignment tickets are your property you need to communicate with us if and when you want your tickets returned to you in the event that they do not sell.
3. Prices & Seating
All prices are guaranteed at the time the order is CONFIRMED. When we fill the order if the price has risen we will still hold to the price listed on our web site. We will never charge you more than you authorized. When an error is found while processing your order you will be notified of the error and provided with other seating choices (if available) and also be given the option to cancel your order. Please check your tickets carefully once they arrive. Any discrepancies need to be brought to our attention the same day you receive your tickets in order to ensure the error can be rectified . In the event the exact tickets you requested are not available we reserve the right to automatically upgrade your seats at no charge to a closer section or row.
4. Credit Card Purchases
Please note that purchases by credit card do not grant you any variances from our terms and conditions. You are still responsible for complying with our terms and conditions. Any attempts to defraud us may result in legal action brought against you. IF YOU SUBMIT A SHOPPING CART ORDER TO US, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR YOUR TICKETS ON YOUR MONTHLY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER TICKETS THAT YOU DON'T REALLY WANT AS THEY COST A SUBSTANTIAL SUM THESE DAYS, AND WE DO NOT WANT TO SEE YOU LOSE MONEY.
5. Order Processing
You will receive an e-mail immediately after you place your ticket order confirming that we have received it. This will confirm your ticket order and price. Once in a while tickets may not be available due to thousands of customers accessing our seat location database at the same time. In this event we will contact you immediately , to offer you another alternative to fill your order. If you have any questions feel free to contact our office 7 days a week at 212-307-7050 (carry this phone number with you at all times should you need to contact us please) or 1-800-451-9930. NEVER assume your order is cancelled simply because you have not yet been contacted by us. Online orders placed over the weekend or after 5PM our local time weekdays may not be processed until the next business day. Occasionally customers will call saying they have not received a confirmation from us due to their own web site blocking our email messages. If you don't hear from us please call right away and let us help you.
6. Event Dates and Times
Event dates and times printed on the face of all tickets usually begin at the stated time although we suggest you check exact starting times when buying London tickets upon your arrival in London. Your hotel concierge can do this for you easily.
In New York starting times are generally the exact time printed on your tickets. Bear in mind the theatre has been experimenting with some different starting times lately so be sure to check the time printed on your tickets. If you have any doubt please call us at anytime.
Sometimes sporting events will have a different starting time than the printed time on your ticket due to television scheduling conflicts. Please check with us or local media to assure that you arrive at the correct time for the event you purchased. It is your responsibility to show up at the time that the event takes place .
7. Delivery
TICKETS MAY NOT SHIP OUT IMMEDIATELY, although, in general will ship out the same day you place your order or the very next day. On the weekends an order confirmed will ship out on Monday. Once we confirm an order, it does GUARANTEE the ticket. In the event a confirmed seat is undeliverable, we will provide a suitable alternative. We assume no liability for travel, lodging or other incidental expenses.
All deliveries are made via an express delivery service (FedEx, Express Mail, Messenger, etc.) and most deliveries will require a signature. It is your responsibility to be available to accept the delivery. You also agree to provide us with a secure delivery location and authorize anybody at that address to act as your agent to accept delivery of the package for you. If for any reason your tickets are returned to us or could not be delivered we will attempt to contact you to arrange for another delivery attempt. If you are unavailable or you refuse delivery of your tickets we will place the tickets back for sale on consignment and act as your agent to attempt to recover some or all of your costs. You have the right to reduce the asking price for your tickets however if no communication can be made we will price them at your original purchase price to attempt to recover your money. This may be substantially less than you paid in some cases in an attempt to get you something for your tickets instead of having them expire worthless. However, if the tickets are not sold by the event date, we will return your tickets to you shortly after the event. It is always in your best interest to remain in contact with us regarding the pricing of your tickets. You also have the right at any time, before we sell them, to request your tickets to be sent back to you prior to your event date. Simply request your tickets to be shipped in a manner that will get them back to you in time for your event. Please take into account any potential delays such as adverse weather conditions as we are not responsible under any circumstances for timely delivery of your consignment tickets.
8. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Even though you have not received the tickets yet, we have already committed to purchasing tickets for you by the time your order is confirmed.
9. Lost or Stolen Tickets
When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.
10. Cancelled Events
If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (rain out, earthquake, flood, etc.), war, terrorism, strike or lockout we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Any shipping charges are not refundable. TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK IN OUR OFFICE BY THE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE CANCELLATION. We suggest returning tickets via certified mail or using a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available. In all other cases mentioned above we will attempt in every case to obtain a refund from the theatre, however no refund or percentage of refund can be guaranteed.
11. Postponed Events
If an event is postponed the tickets may or may not be honored for the new date of the show. New tickets may possibly be needed. In general we can obtain a full refund if you do not choose another date. Please contact us so we may assist.
12. Tax and Shipping Charges
You are responsible for paying any sales taxes that may be applicable to your local jurisdiction. Currently there are no sales taxes on Broadway ticket sales.

Nor are we responsible for any delay causing you to arrive late or miss your event for any reason. Any actions by our company that do result in you missing your event will be rectified with our liability not exceeding 100% of your total purchase price.
